You need to give your muscle groups at least 2 and preferably 3 days of rest in between working them out. Doing the same exercise 5 days a week will actually do more harm for your muscles than it will help. A good balance would be to do chest/shoulders/triceps on day 1, back/biceps day 2, legs day 3, rest day 4, then start over. This gives allows you to make sure you are working your entire body and will give your muscles ample time to heal and build.

You will want to lift Monday, Wed. & Friday. The reason is because your muscles need recovery time to get bigger.
When you work them to the limit, they tear, this is what makes them sore. A day of rest is needed to repair then they are good to go again after that.
By working them daily you are headed for injury......You will get better results by doing it 3 days a week and also doing 3 sets of each muscle group-chest, back, biceps and tri's. First set is light, second set is heavier, and the 3rd set is heaviest. The last set should be very difficult to finish. Hope this helps......

That routine is so far from right.
A) Your muscles need 48 hours to repair themselves, don't target those muscles within that 48 hour period.
B) You need to have a balanced work out program, its very bad for you physical image to just work one area. You will become unproportional and unbalanced visually.
C) Try this, it will give you heal time for your muscles and plenty of cardio to keep you lean, but still gaining mass.
Monday: Back and Biceps
Tuesday: Chest and Triceps
Wednesday: Cardio Day
Thursday: Legs and Calves
Friday: Shoulders, Forearms, Biceps and Triceps
Saturday: Enjoy the day because you aren't working out
Sunday: Legs and Calves
Your legs can never be too strong, so it doesn't hurt to work them more, and plus it will help with your cardio, it won't be your legs that give out while running, it will be you lungs.

do pushups, i know a lot of big muscled people who do pushups at least 20 a day. do exercises that involve the use of your upper body and bench pressing fits that. running and cycling are good for your lower body because most of the work is done by your legs so thats good. you'll get used to it. when it becomes part of your daily routine i don't think ud still say that you can't stand lifting everyday.
exercising every other day is fine. dont over exercise your body or else your body will get exhausted. you know whem it's time to stop when your body says it's too much. but if you like to exercise everyday is fine, but like isaid don't overload yourself. i suggest you do your usual exercise and lighter ones the next day. but i strongly suggest that you give your body at least 24 hours off. your body has a limit to how much work should be done, overpassing the optimum limit could make your body not grow to how you want it to be.

no it is not, just because your capable of it doesnt mean its okay. your muscles damage themselves during a work out process, the size actually increases while your not working out which is why its sufficient to eat a substantial amount of protein. if you do your research you'll actually hear that by not taking 48 hours rest between targeted areas, your just damaging your muscles eventually leading to no increase in size at all. if you love benching, stick to it 3 times a week. this way you get the rest you need. cardio 2 days a week should stay the same. allow 1 day of no exercise at all.

you are able to no longer positioned stability aside, considering the fact it is the very ingredient that separates the two. And your muscle mass certainly comprehend the version. The bench press is a loose weight exercising, and any loose weight exercising is extra effectual in development muscle for 2 motives. One, because of the fact it includes stabilizer muscle mass to assist in the circulate, meaning extra muscle mass being labored. 2, because of the fact the human physique responds extra effectual to strikes it might do clearly. That final area in fact skill your physique grows extra effectual whilst subjected to some thing heavy, fairly than machines, that are in basic terms demanding. it extremely is not to assert which you may supply up the device, and it quite isn't for wusses. Machines stress suited type, and isolate the muscle you are trying to paintings. Do the bench press first on your exercising consultation, and the device press in the direction of the tip, once you're drained.

dont do that youre overlfiting. muscles grow becuase of tiny tears in the muscle healing and repairing themselves larger, thats why they get bigger the more you work out. 5 days a week doesnt give them enough time to rest and gives you a higher risk of injury with lower results. if youre focused on upper body, do bench monday wednesday and firday, abs tuesday, and back thrusday to icnrease core strength which will help your bench.

I sometimes workout my brother or guy friends. Some of them can't do it for 5 days straight but some are built to. For bigger muscles most dudes are taking Whey protein w/ muscle milk. I suggest you hit up your local Vitamin World if you aren't currently taking Whey protein.

you have to let the lactic acid in your muscles harden to get bigger...that is the reason for taking a day off between lifting
