is cuz i dont know if i have one or not because i had jury duty and i was not able to make it in because at that time we were moving out and i also forgot the date so i was wondering if you can help me out if you can

Go to the nearest police station and ask them.
If you have a warrant, then you won't have that far to go to your cell.

I would highly doubt a warrant would be issued for that, however, just contact the county you reside in and ask if there are any warrants/wants for your name. Better to find out now, then when you are out for the evening with friends, or are trying to cross the border. Also, contact the contact regarding the jury duty mishap, explain what happened, I think it will be excused.

you can call the courthouse where you were to appear for jury duty. Just tell them you were moving and forgot about the notice and ask what you do now.
In most cases they will simply give you a new date to appear.
