Tea actually has more caffeine than coffee. You can try decaffeinated.
When I drink too much tea, my body will feel like it is shaking. It's impossible to go to sleep like that.

Tea does contain caffeine, though usually not as much as many other drinks like caffeinated sodas or coffee, it could still have an affect on you. Drinking anything with caffeine before bed is not a great idea, but I guess you've learned that now.

Basic black tea does contain caffeine, which you wouldn't want to drink before sleeping. And there are many herbs and herbal blends that will increase energy. On the other hand, there are many sedative herbs that can be brewed into a tea that will enhance sleep, such as chamomile, passion flower or valerian. Sweet dreams...

Some tea contains caffeine. Check to see if the tea you drank had it or not.

Well- it has caffiene
Dark tea has about half the caffiene as a normal cup of coffee.
Drink green tea! I'm having a cup now and I'm not hpyer..it's good for you too (anti-oxidents). It has about half as much caffiene as regular tea.
Just don't drink any caffiene before bedtime ;-).

0_0 ...i thought chamomile tea was supposed to make you calm! i think it's because you put too much sugar in it, or maybe you chose a type of tea that had too much caffeine...

The caffeine will do that every time. Especially if you don't have a lot of drinks with caffeine in them.
