The bane of everyone's existance. Well, the only real way to do anything is to do a lot of sit ups. Also, you can try and diet and lose extra weight, even if you aren't over weight, go down a few pounds and the stomach is always about the last place to lose weight.

Reduce your fat intake and calories as well. Try some crunches if you want some ab definition as well.

First off. stop eating greassy foods and start eating healthy, stop drinking soda and start drinking water, you might not like it at first but after a month you are gonna like it alot and water will clean your body. And just play a sport that you like and have fun. Don't diet though is bad for you.

Cardio exercise - nothing else will really tone that tummy. Do something you enjoy and in a few weeks you should start to notice some change.

for example - running or aerobics to lose the fat and then situps and crunches to strengthen your muscles.
