Reset the CD player. This happens a lot with JVC head units. If it's a flip-down face, there should be a recessed "reset" button on the front of the unit with the face removed. If it's not a flip-down, hold down the power/ATT and SEL buttons at the same time for a few seconds; if that doesn't work, hold power/ATT, SEL, and the eject button. If it works, the CD should spit out immediately, and all your presets will be erased. Afterwards you can put the CD back in and everything will be back to normal.

If you are familiar with taking electronics apart, you could remove the CD player from the car and take it apart to get the CD out.

WOW that gotta be the worst thing ever listening to the same CD over and over, well you may wanna find something small enough to slide in there and go in that hole , you know the one in the middle so that you may yank it out OK but be careful cause it may just go right back in there.
