It's most likely a dimenhydrinate 50mg tablet. Dimenhydrinate (Dramamine) is an antihistamine. It helps to prevent nausea, vomiting, or dizziness associated with motion sickness, and to treat or prevent vertigo (extreme dizziness or a sensation that you or your surroundings are tilting or spinning around).

You can always call your local pharmacy and ask them to identify it for you over the phone too.

It's not a muscle relaxer, it's a 50mg dimenhydrinate, or like someone above said, Dramamine. It's for motion sickness, nausea and vomiting.

I couldn't find an exact match, but try sites like:

Also, do searches for the "Physicians Desk Reference" or PDR. You may be able to match it from there.

WHERE WAS IT? BOTTLE, BY ITSELF, OR IN A PLASTIC THING THAT YOU PUSH THROUGH?
IF ITS IN THE PLASTIC THING READ THE BACK. IF ITS IN THE BOTTLE I THINK YOU CAN FIGURE IT OUT. IF ITS BY ITSELF DONT TAKE IT.
1)CUZ YOU DONT KNOW WHAT IT IS
2)CUZ ONE OF YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS PROBABLY LEFT IT OUT. I DO THAT SOMETIMES TO SAVE TIME.
