Make a sort of chicken pot pie with veg and noodles. Add about 1/4 to 1/2 the soup. Then warm, toss in the veggies, and the chicken and warm up. Then boil the noodles until al dente, and throw them in when cooked to absorb some of the sauce. Maybe not the best meal ever, but pretty damn effecient. Maybe put some of that hot sauce in there too, to zest it up. Watch the amount of soup you use, some of that stuff can have a strong flavor and taste a little nasty. Just use enough to make a sauce.

You can cook the chicken chunks and noodles according to the directions. While they're cooking, make a seasoned tomato sauce with the half can of plain sauce and some of the diced tomatoes, well drained: season with oregano, basil, garlic, onion, and a dash of sugar.
Place the drained noodles on a plate, and scatter the chicken chunks on top, then drizzle with the sauce. This will be similar to chicken Parmesan. If you do have dried cheese such as Parmesan or Romano, sprinkle it on top the chicken.
Serve with a side of artichoke hearts to which you've added just a dash of the hot sauce. The carrots would also be a good side dish for this entree.

Boil some egg noodles
If the chicken chunks are raw, boil them first, drain the water after they are cooked and then add the cooked noodles.
Simmer the chicken and the noodles in the Cream of Mushroom.
This will make a nice little chicken and noodle dish.
Have some carrots or artichokes on the side. Let me know how it turns out:)

Boil the noodles and put them in a pan with the soup and chicken and whatever spices you'd like (even just salt and pepper would be fine). Then cook it in the oven until it's heated through and looks done (maybe 20-40 minutes at 400° or so...).
Enjoy!

egg noodles, tomatoes, chicken, hot sauce
add chili powder, cumin, garlic, etc.
It will be something like a chicken taco or chicken chili casserole.
Top with crushed tortilla chips if you got 'em.
Bake together until hot.
Oh yeah, cook the noodles but you knew that.
