Include more high energy foods in your diet including fruits, vegetables and whole grains. These provide a more balanced energy source and will not cause blood sugar spikes.

try adding 2 tbsp. of Metamucil to a large glass of water. I drink it in a water bottle and shake it often b/c it settles quickly. Prune juice is good. Drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day is vital.
