not go becasue you not going or should you be mad at me becasue i still want to go especially if it is my home town, This is what me and my dude going threw right now he is mad because since he is not going that i should not go, i feel that is being selfish, i need some back up here or a reality check or something!! someone help me please!!

you asked him to go with you. he said he can't. so, you go ahead and go. if he's mad that you're going, he had a chance to go with you but declined. he has no right to be mad, in my view.
