Three possibilities:
- De rien (more common)
- Je vous en prie/ Je t'en prie (more formal)
- Pas de quoi (less formal)

Anyone who said "Je vous en prie," or "De rien," is correct.
"Je t'en prie" is what you would use for friends and others close to you. You can also use "Pas de quoi" or "Avec plaisir" (with pleasure).

Bienvenue is not correct. Bienvenue is more of a "Welcome‼ I hope you like it here," type of welcome, not a response to thank you.

de rien is what is generally accepted as "you're welcome". You could be a bit fancier and say "je vous en prie". When talking with a friend/colleague, you could say "je t'en prie".
