It is different for anyone but I am sure you will know because your body will tell you. Most people get irritable and quite tired and this can progress until they start having suicidal thoughts and the such...so know yourself and listen to your body. It will let you know when to calm down and it's up to you take the steps to slow it down or stop if necessary before things go too far.
I don't think stress is good for you at all! It's not natural even if it's just a little bit because that little bit of stress has the potential of getting bigger and bigger until it consumes you unless you do something about it before it gets too bad. Take some time out to take care of you! Hope all is well...don't get too stressed now.

u can tell its too much when u start feeling anxious all the time.. headaches and such
always worying..
good stress just means u think about somehting just enought to liek remeber u have to do it ..finish it.. not when u worry all the time about a little thing and "stress" over it

when its starts affecting u physically ,too..stress affects u mentally, but when it takes a toll on your physical condition,its said to be TOO much..its includes..u having a headache,vomitting, unconsciousness, fever,frequent urination or loose motions, heart problems.Its a chain of events which take place as the level of tension a person takes goes on increasing.So, my frnd, take tension,so as to remain focussed, but dont exceed the limit.

abit of stress is good if your adrenaline is on high!
pulpitations,headaches,tiredness,being moody,drowsiness & losing /gaining apetite all show signs of stress!different individuals vary in how stress is shown as we are all unique in our own way!seek help & do it fast before you would need medical help for life.
