sence about the age of 12 i relized i was different from othere guys, for example whenever they would point out a skinny girl with big cheas I was the only one who didn't think she was hot. why i don't know but for some reson im turned on by fat girls. i would even go as far to say i think they are Hot. i have been hiding this for about two years but now i want to know why. is this normal, are there othere guys like me, should i tell my friends?

Hiding it? - why, not everyone likes skinny girls....if you're ashamed of who you like maybe you don't deserve a girl, large or small.....
I know if I were a big girl I wouldn't want to be with someone that was worried what his friends would think of me.

It's hardly a paraphilia. The 'beauty' attributed to slim or skinny women is a 20th century innovation: your opinion would have been the norm three hundred years ago, you only have to look at the chubby women in art from the period to illustrate this.
However... whether or not you should tell your friends is interesting. Many people polarise questions like this, saying things like "if they're real friends they'll understand," and so on. This is overly simplistic, and ignores the real-life goings on of (especially male) friendships.
Think about the humour you share with your friends, and how you joke around together, how you mock each another and so on. How do you predict they will respond if you told them? And how would you deal with their response? What if it was brought up on nearly every outing? Could you handle it confidently? Could you rebuff them and remain collected, or would you get pissed off? Base your decision on these considerations.

Thats pretty cool that you love fat girls, the world needs more guys like you these days. Fat girls need loving too. Dont be ashamed of the fact you love fat girls. Thats just you. Many guys prefe skinny girls over fat girls because that's society's ideal beauty of women. People are influenced by the media a lot and are getting exposed of the message that skinny people are hot. So, it becomes rare for people to think that fat girls are hot. But you shouldn't worry about what kind of girls you love at all.

Yes it is normal. Maybe your apperance reflects on what type of girls you like. Maybe your one to like kind girls instead of thinking a skinny tramp that you've never met before is hot. Some guys like girls that they can do guy stuff and well most tomboys not all are fat. But think of this if you get married to a girl that is overweight unlike your friends who will probally marry a skinny prep you will have more of someone to do stuff you want to do unstead of having a prep nagging you all day.

Yes it is normal, and yes there are guys and gals out there that are just like you. Different people like different things. It just a way of life. It's really up to you whether you feel comfortable sharing this info with your friends.
Personally I have always stayed away from skinny girls that maybe if I squeeze to hard I'll break something.
So to al the gals out there who think they have to loose that last 10 to 15 pounds to be your perfect BMI..... forget it your fine just as you are.

I don't know, but I don't hear the fat girls complaining. That's why god makes em in all sizes, Son. You don't have to tell your friends anything about this. Just do your own thing and if any of them have a problem with it, they're not your friends anyway.
By the way, my nephews (also named Eric) and Ellison (brothers) also like fat women. Go figure.

that's why there are fat girls b/c that's what some guys like. beauty is only skin deep. i'm a fairly attractive female if i do say so myself and i could do so much better than the guys that i date but i don't because that's what i like. you should date the chiks you are attracted to for whats on the inside and out. the hell with what your friends think if they judge you for it then they arent real friends

It doesnt matter if a girl is "fat" or not, beauty comes from within. It dont matter what other people say or think, go your own way. I got friends who like heavy girls and they only go for their personalities and sense of humor so thats all you should go for.

Liking "fat" girls is completely NORMAL. It's just like a guy saying he likes redheads over blondes, or girls with big booties over girls with big boobs, or asian girls over American girls, etc. etc. etc.
We all have our preferences. That's what makes each of us so unique. To hell with what your friends think. I definitely think that heavier chicks are hot... but I'm not a guy :)
