Okay..So I am sixteen years old and 5'3 1/2 I weigh 110 lbs. Would it be okay if i lost like seven pounds to be 103? I am NOT asking for anyone's approval. I was just wondering if it would be like a health hazard or anything.. I don't want to look sick ya know..Oh yeah I don't plan on being anorexic or bullemic or anything i plan to run and diet..the healthy way! Thanks for the answers!!!

You sound pretty skinny already. Instead of losing weight, how about tonning up. If you work out hard enough in the right places, you can lose weight and then gain muscle. You will probaly weigh about the same, but look better. Good Luck!

I don't think it would be a health hazard, just as long as you aren't obsessed with becoming under 100 pounds. You don't really need to lose it though.

let me see a picture then ill be able to tell its all about body fat percentage i dont think it will kill you since you weigh nothing to begin with but its not very healthy
