I just had a pie for breakkie, i know its not nutritious but it'll be the worst thing i eat all day. Anyways, not the point.

I quit smoking so i've been eating more to compensate.

I'm still hungry after my pie, what are tricks to make my stomach think its full? Water, wait some time?

I had an apple in the morning at about 730, i was hungry by 8.

Fruit does not fill me up

Don't worry i didn't even think of eating tissue paper haha. I thought that answer was a joke actually! how strange ppl eat tissue's.

You should eat something bread-like: like a sandwhich, pasta .. etc.

Cut your food into smaller pieces and make sure you CHEW and SWALLOW your food before taking another bite. After each bite take a sip of your drink (preferably water).

If you still feel the need to snack, why not snack on something healthy during the day? Try having some dried fruit. Eat a piece and find something to keep you busy, (or just try to do things to keep you busy) and you will forget to even finish your snack; and even forget your hungry.

Do NOT go on the 'tissue diet', it's gross and unhealthy.

Yes, water will help. Also try to eat foods with a lot of fiber and protein and have lots of healthy snack on hand like popcorn, veggies, etc. so when you are hungry you can eat those and feel no guilt.

Orange Juice with extreme pulp. the pulp strains your abdomen and provides you it the phantasm of being finished. also in case your plan on eating a salad it will be fed on very last. The lettuce has enzymes that help wreck down the meals into ability.

Something full of fiber, like an apple or some celery. It takes up a lot of space in your stomach with no fat and few calories.

Water will help. Also if you eat more foods that have lots of fiber in them.

Gum helped me when I stopped smoking.

I didn't mean for you to actually EAT tissue paper, I have heard the a lot of people really do that.
I'm glad you took my answer as it was meant, I should have spent more time explaining.
