When we talk on the phone or see each other at school he is really shy. Should I make some of the moves by going up to him...or just let him come to me. I'm scared that if I do start going up to him, he will think I am coming on too strong and that is the last thing I want him to think. What do I do?

If he's already your boyfriend I dont think going up to him would make him think your coming on to strong. I'm not sure theres anything you can do to make him overcome his shyness. I think thats something he's going to have to work out on his own.

well, u guys are a couple now, so let him know how u feel. yeah, u must give him his space, so let him know u respect that and u dont wanna push him... but also, let him know that u have ur necesities as well, and that u need more from him. make sure u let him know u r not trying to change him or anything, and tell him to trust u, and for whatever reason he doesnt wanna give his first move, ask him what is the problem, so u BOTH talk it out as a COUPLE, and if theres no way u can get him to do what u need him to do... lol... just tell him u have ur needs, and u should both move on and find someone who you both have more common ground with... i really hope that u guys can actually talk it out, and find a dsolution.. gud luck

Just flirt with him. But wait till he is ready to move on or you'll scare him off. If you go slow and built his confidence he will become less shy with you.... It takes time.

Be cool about it. When you talk to him in school, don't follow him everywhere, walk with him sometimes and other times don't. Give him some space.

If he's shy, you should give him time to warm up and try to make him feel comfortable.

I would make the move if he isn't.
You don't have to walk up to him and kiss him, but try flirting around with him and see if he catches on to you.

maybe ask him on the phone why he's so shy. he might answer you and then you'll know why he's so shy.
