Type A personality disorder causes heart problems, is detrimental to relationships, and makes for a stressful life. What can I do to treat it or at least cope with it. It's not possibly to just "chill out" for people like us.

I don't think that's a personality disorder. It's more of a difference.

Type A personality is not a disorder,it is a way of describing your personality. I am a Type A and I can nerve out just like everybody else. What you can do is learn to channel your energy and focus on things when you need it.
Party with your friends or something when you are feeling anxious.

I don't think it's a disorder...I think it's just how your mind is built. Try to spend time with family or friends and stuff. Have some fun, but keep time in mind so you don't stress yourself more to finish something that you normally would have finished quicker and with less stress without seeing friends and family,
