i own a restaurant that serves homade root beer on tap. the ingredients are delivered by my distributor (extract, sugar, i add water and co2) i am wondering what are the laws on bottling and selling it from my restaurant?

U should go to your Town Hall and register. Since you already have a retaurant, it should be easier. THey would inform everything to you.
You know, you gotta pay taxes on it, so they would know what you have to do.

Call your Dept. of Health for starters and I think the provided ingredients company would hold the rights to it. Like having Pepsi on tap and bottling it for resale.....
