This ones an easy one. Yummy too.
store bought angel food cake (round)
Whipped cream or cool whip
Heath bars chopped up
Caramel sauce
Divide the angel food cake into three rings. Place bottom ring in a trifle dish. Top with whipped cream, heath bars then caramel sauce. Add two more layers just like the first. Your top layer should be candy pieces and caramel drizzled over the whipped cream. It's easy and delicious. I also do this with fruit and people love it as well.

How about a trifle. Its fairly simple and beautiful. Traditionally made with custard, but you could certainly use vanilla pudding. Use a fairly deep bowl or punch bowl. Layer the bottom with soft cookies or lady fingers. Then add a layer of fresh sweet fruit with some sprinked sugar. Then add a layer of pudding and continue the layers until you reach about 1 inch from the top. Some great long lasting fruits are raspberries, blue berries, strawberries, tangerines...and banannas if added at the last minute. Dont forget to top with whipped cream and maybe a little bit of white chocolate flakes, or maybe some cocoa powder sprinkled on top with mint. enjoy!

Take a preprepared chocolate cookie crust. Layer drained crushed pinapple, sliced bananas, sliced strawberries. Mix one 4serving box of instant vanilla pudding according to directions and pour over fruit. let it set up in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Add 2 cups Cool whip, spread on top like frosting. Drizzle with Hershey's syrup. Voile. Banana Split Pie.This disappears every time I make it. The fruit makes it healthier. hope this helps. Serves 6 to 8

Torta caprese - (chocolate almond cake)
1 cup Unsalted butter - (2 sticks); softened
½ pounds Sugar
5 large Eggs; separated
6 ounce Bittersweet chocolate (Callebaut); grated fine
5 ounce Finely-ground blanched almonds
2 tablespoon Cognac or brandy
1 ½ tablespoon Potato starch
½ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
1 pinch Salt
Sifted confectioner's sugar; for garnish
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9-inch springform cake pan with foil. In a bowl with an electric mixer cream the butter with all but 1/4 cup of the sugar and beat until light and fluffy. Add the egg yolks, one at a time, and beat the mixture until combined well. Stir in the chocolate, almonds, cognac, potato starch, cinnamon and salt. In a bowl with an electric mixer beat the egg whites until they are foamy. Add the remaining sugar, a little at a time, and beat the whites until they form soft peaks. Stir 1/4 of the whites into the batter and fold in the remaining whites gently but thoroughly. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 40 minutes, or until puffed and still slightly loose in the center. Transfer to a rack to cool completely. To unmold, release the sides from the pan and peel back foil. Invert cake onto a plate and carefully peel off foil from bottom of cake. Invert cake onto a serving plate and dust top with confectioner's sugar.

Slice and serve with your favourite berry sauce. I used Raspberries. It is so easy and very elegant. Freeze any leftovers if there is any...Sherry N

My mom always made something called "Dump-Cake" that sounds gross but is freakin' awesome.
Spray a 9x13 pan, set the over to 350F, and dump in one large can of cherry pie filling and one large can of crushed pienapple. Mix a bit so it lays evenly in the pan, then shake evenly over the top one box of yellow cake mix. Drizzle half a cup of melted butter over the top, and bake if for 20 min., or until the top is golden and crumbly and the fruit is all bubly and molten.
Quick, easy, little clean-up, cheap, and delicious!
