In 7 days when your body shuts down because you skipped the "rest" part. If you run 4-6 times per week, you'll see results in 2-3 weeks...you'll be able to feel them even sooner as you won't get winded as easy going up steps and you'll probably see more definition in your legs. If you don't eat any more than usual...you'll also notice that your clothes will get looser as you lose weight. See the tips below if you're just starting out...and don't forget to "rest"...this is when your body rebuilds and gets stronger. Best of luck!

That depends on what results you are looking for. I lost 17 lbs in the time it took me to run the marathon, but I couldn't walk past anything to drink for days!! I believe we expect too much too fast (look at computers for instance) If you work out as you say you are the results WILL COME!!! Just don't make yourself nuts by weighing every day! Eat right, and you will get to where your particular body is optimum. Good Luck!

Probably about 4-6 weeks, depending on your diet.
Running generally does produce quick results though.

There is no exact answer. It depends on your body type. For a guy who eats healthy and stays away from beer, I would say 2 to 3 weeks typically.
