I've a veggetarian for 4 months now and I've cut down the breads, tortillas, etc... I don't eat anything with flour. Now I've started running everyday 3 miles everyday, and Hopefully I will start going to the gym too for next month. I weight 155lbs and Im 5'7....My question is WILL I WEIGHT 135 FOR JULY? It's very important for me. If not, what else should I do? I drink plenty of water and eat fiber. Thank you!!!

you have to find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and thats how much you need to lose weight the healthy way.
8 glasses of water a day
5-8 servings of fruits and veggies a day
portion control - 5-6small meals a day instead of 3 big ones
cardio 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training

Good job! You're focused and this is what it takes to get the weight off. You will meet your goal as long as you stay with it. Be sure to give yourself a day off every week from running for recovery. Even eating veggie you will need to watch your food portions. Good job!

Sounds like you are doing the right things.
However, if you can add protein (meat), you may speed up your weight loss. If you are going veggie b/c you think it will help you lose weight, it really doesn't. if you are going veggie for moral reasons, then that's cool.
When we don't get enough protein, our bodies try to hang on to weight, b/c it thinks we are starving.
As is, you should definitley lose the 20 pounds by July. It can be slow going at first.

To lose weight, burn more than you consume. You cut all that food out (that you really didnt need to) but that doesnt mean you are burning more than you consume. (Professionals will tell you that all food groups are important, including grains/carbs and protein/meat).

But all in all, I think you are on the right path. Good job, and good luck.

get better self esteem - if you think you are ugly because you are a little overweight, that in itself will be an obstacle in you having a chance to be near your goal weight when you desire.

I think this works well. Good diet, but I think you should stop being vegetarian, protein can boost your metabolism significantly.
