My gums are swollen, and my tooth hurts. Can somebody give me some remedies for this? I have brushed the area numerous times, rinsed with saltwater, Listerine, and hydrogen peroxide, applied heat, and used medicine, all which didn't help.

So any home remedies would be appriciated!

By the way, I'm not sure if this is relevent, but whenever my heart beats, the gums pulsate. And I am going to the dentist monday, so I'm not looking for a permanent fix per say. Just something to help me not take an axe to my mouth till monday.

Sounds like you might have an abcessed tooth (infection!), you need a dentist! In the meantime, a clove....yes, I said clove as in the spice...in that area for a few minutes may help with the pain. Really, though, get to the dentist ASAP as an abcess can be dangerous long term. Throbs, does it? I know how it feels.

If you haven't already try some Orajel to see if that is of some help. There are generic equivalents for this in most drug stores, and then pls see your dentist to have this evaluated.
