Ireland doesn't really have any of those things. Occasionally in the winter it does flood if there is exceptionally bad weather, but only for a day or two. Flooding has never affected me anyway, it kind of depends where in Ireland you go. If even two inches of snow falls, the country comes to a complete standstill, it's kind of stupid, but it rarely snows.

Tornados do happen in the UK and Ireland, but are small and don't last long.
Earthquakes are also rare. well the ones you could feel without instruments anyway
Flooding is becoming more common in the UK, as long as you don't buy a house on a flood plain, you will be fine

Extreme weather happens everywhere on the planet at sometime. there is nowhere, that will not have some bad weather. But in Ireland you should be OK, and the views are beautiful
