I have recently removed a fraud alert form my credit file....?

will I receive mail offers from Banks and credit cards companies?

The offers don't have anything to do with the fraud alert - that's totally different.

The opt out program is run by the credit agencies. You can change your selection at:

http://optoutprescreen.com
1-800-5-OPTOUT

It will take a little while, and if you are not opted out, you will start receiving credit offers.
