like when you have cute clothes on? and what i mean by that, is not sexy, i mean just when you look really cute! do they notice clothes, or just your face and personality?

The clothes set up the personality, Dressing a certain way means you have a certain personality. It just depends what you wear

I don't notice the clothes as much as I notice the figure your clothes portray. With some guys, it is nice to leave some for the imagination. Personality and face do play a role of course but for the most part, personality.

Listennnn.... to ya boy. If a girl looks cuter or nicer than usual a guy who is into you will notice. Some guys notice when most cute girls are looking good. So basically "cute days" show you who is interested in you. So yeah real men notice and will compilment you.

yea i notice when the girl i like wears a cute tracksuit
it's nice she dosen't need makeup or a mini skirt to look so nice
sometimes glasses or braces even look cute
personality means more than a lot of girls think
bit*hness is a turn off
just try and be your friendly self lol

I don't think they do...maybe they'll make an effort to. But, since they don't care about what they look like (most of the time), I doubt they really take time to look and nominate ppl for cutest outfit in their minds.

I think they notice if its clean and decent. They woun't notice if the colors go nicely but they notice to a certain degree.
Also it depends on the person.
