Not to make excuses for the parents but I think they're selfish and immature. I can;t believe there are kids out there experiencing the same thing, all we can do is make the penalities harsher for the parents who do this. I often wonder the same things though....what about the 18 month old and 5 month old that were killed by their Mom and buried under the house? That happened recently...its so sad.....

at least these children are alive, a story a week or so ago found the children in parts under a porch. this is why teens shouldnt be parents they arent ready and get overwhelmed to fast its sick and sad i pray those children are safe

Those children need a stable home and someone who would take good care of them. These parents needs to stay in jail and should never get their children back. That is awful!

Because they care nothing about their children. These are people that shouldn't be allowed to have kids.
To the person that said something about them being mexican, it has nothing to do with race. What about the woman who actually drowned her kids in the bathtub, she was white, what about the woman who threw her kids into the san francisco bay, she was black. People like you are ignorant.

Simple. Those aren't parents. They're people who just happened to have given life to two children.
Seriously, people should have to take a test and get a license before they're allowed to procreate. That's horrible.

They were too desperate to do what they wanted to do. This is why we sometimes think that why do some people have kids when they don't deserve to have kids, but some people who long to have kids and would love kids, can't have any. This is very sad.

it looks like the couple was young (that means one of the kids was born when the woman was 16) and they weren't ready for teh responsibility of having kids. i think the kids are better off in protective custody.

That's awful. Now people like that do not deserve to ever have anymore kids or get those kids back ever! That makes me so mad.

I don't know...they were so young too (the kids). I can't see why a parent could do that and not feel bad about it.

they were to immatture to be parents... they cared more their selves and having fun driving around than they did for their children.. it will be along time if ever they get them back
