When ever I cover my mouth with a cloth its reallly difficult for me to do physical activities without getting exhausted from lack of air. So wouldn't Ninja's experienced this as well or did they use a certain type of frabic?

The fabric is supposed to be loose, just tight enough to stay in place and it is not of a close weave so it breathes.

Here in Japan, I'm a 3rd Black belt, and am 16 years old. When I was very little, I had to train underwater for more than 20 minutes. It's just the way we adapt, I guess. And yes, our fabric is breathable unless we decide to tie it extra tight.

The cloths perforated and is very thin.
You know that cloths they use on the eyes on masks that you can see through but no one can see into? I think that is the same thing!

hehehe they easily breathed, just don't make it so tight that your head turns purple..
