10. attractive: doesnt have to be a 10, but someone you'd wanna stand next to.
9. funny: not the perverted jokes, but something intelligent that will make you laugh.
8. honest: tell you stuff straight up even if it hurts.
7. intuitive: can tell when something is bothering you, and doesnt ignore it.
6. smooth: slip in the sassy comment every once in awhile.
5. positive: wont let the simple stuff get him down.
4. goal - oriented: has a direction in life.
3. determined: knows what he wants and will do anything to get it.

I'll give you five. What a man needs:
1. Fidelity. Don't keep looking at the "menu" (other women) when you've already ordered (have a wife/fiance). Look at her. Show her you appreciate her -- be faithful. If you're still looking, you shouldn't be married/engaged.
2. Steady. Get a good job with a future and keep it. Don't spend money on just yourself. Make major money decisions together. Save money for the future. Stay away from gambling and other get-rich-quick schemes.
3. Sobriety. If you are an alcoholic, don't drink. Stay in AA. If you can drink without being alcohol-dependent, keep your drinking to a minimum and never drive drunk.
4. Responsibility. Don't make babies if you don't intend to take an equal part in their lives and if you don't intend to support them.
5. Hard-working. Open your eyes and see what your mate does. If she is on her feet while you're on the couch, there's something wrong with this picture. So if "she does the house, I do the yard", make sure you spend as much time doing outside work as she does inside work.
