In These last days (II Timothy all of Chapter 3) people seem to be more into themselves then anything else and are willing to do anything for money or attention that comes and goes. 20 years ago people showed more love for one another and it wasn’t as bad as it is now. Money is only temporary substance, but the kingdom of God lasts for ever and by how your life is seen before God's eye depends if you will make it there after this life.

It is a sad state of affairs to see all those around us trying so hard to make more money to buy more things. They are all trying to buy happiness and it's not possible. All people are searching for that one thing that completes us. Some find it: God. Others keep trying to buy their next "happiness fix" but it does not last.

Money is not the root of all evil as so many misquote. Money is just paper or metal. Money is not evil. Money is a necessity to get that which we need to live on. What the bible really states is that the LOVE of money is the root of all evil. Stop worshipping money and spend your time and efforts on family, friends and finding God.

Money and attention are tangible. They can be measured, tested and falsified.

Your kingdom of god is just an idea or a belief. It is not tangible. It cannot be seen, touch, tasted or smelled. It can only be believed in with faith.

Give me money and attention over god any day. They, unlike your kingdom, are real and more easily attainable.

You don't know what your talking about.

Morality is subjective and nurtured into us, we are not born with it and someone we've never seen or met can give them to us.

If your born into a racist family and your taught to hate than you will and you won't see anything wrong with that. This is how the aryan nation worked so well they were born into a society that told them that they were superior to everyone else and if your not told otherwise than why wouldn't you believe it.

You need to read about Eichmann during WWII, he was a nazi general who directed the train schedules that sent the Jews to concentration camps. He just thought he was doing a job because in his life he never saw jewish people as humans like he saw himself like a human.

i actually don't understand why no longer choosing one's very own morals is taken under consideration one of those lauded concern. Logically which could recommend one did no longer deplete any conscious interest in finding out what's ethical and what isn't, somebody else desperate it for you. this is tantamount to admitting that if God had chosen your morals to be "murdering human beings is physically powerful" then that's what you will think of.

Many people may have Godin their life; but have not put God first in their life; so, self, money, fame, etc has the opportunity to be first in their life presently.
