Its kinda a better thing to let him ask you out but if hes shy you just come up to him and say"Hey you want to go out some time" if he says yes give him your number and tell him to call you later.

When I looked at the title of the question, I was expecting there to be information about 'this' guy. When using the word 'this' it makes one feel as though you're going to describe him.
Point is, I need to know about him to answer your question.
Oh, and never ask a guy out. Makes you look desperate.. Make the guy ask you out. Then play hard-to-get.
