4 sons plus some daughters, apart from Jesus. However, some explain away Bible passages to say, Jesus only.
Catholics will tell you the brothers mentioned in Matthew and Mark were really cousins or Joseph's children from a previous marriage. This may be to protect the holiness of Mary. Protestants don't need Mary to be kept saintly once Jesus was born.
Matthew wrote from a perspective to help Jewish people of his time understand and accept Jesus. (He referred to quotes from the Old Testament a lot and also to the things they knew around them ... like the brothers and sisters - Mt 13:55-58)
Mark was not so politically correct. He wouldn't smooth things over (Mk 6: 3,4) By calling Jesus "the son of Mary", that is showing they don't know who his real father is - very insultive in Jewish society back then. That is why Jesus' reply was "a prophet is not respected..."
His brothers, for the most part, acted similar to Joseph's brothers(sons of Jacob). The time when Jesus said, "Those who are doing the will of God are my Mother and brothers and sisters" (Mk 3:35) was foreshadowed with Mk 3:21 when it showed the reason they went to see him was to "take charge of him" (kidnap) because they thought he was mad, crazy.
Some of his brothers even tried to send him to die. (John 7:1-5) At a time when people were looking to kill him in Judea, his brothers tried to get him to go there because they did not believe in him.
In all fairness, though, Jesus' brothers did show support after the crucifiction.
Acts 1:14 shows that apart from the disciples/apostles gathered in the upper room, his mother Mary and his brothers were there, too.

Jesus’ brothers are mentioned in several Bible verses. Matthew 12:46, Luke 8:19, and Mark 3:31 say that Jesus’ mother and brothers came to see Him. The Bible tells us that Jesus had four brothers: James, Joseph, Simon, and Judas (Matthew 13:55). The Bible also tells us that Jesus had sisters, but they are not named or numbered (Matthew 13:56). In John 7:1-10, His brothers go on to the festival while Jesus stays behind. In Acts 1:14, His brothers and mother are described as praying with the disciples. Later, in Galatians 1:19, it mentions that James was Jesus’ brother. The most natural conclusion of these passages is to interpret that Jesus had actual blood siblings.

Well, the liberals would have us believe that NOBODY can resist having sex. This is true even about our Lord. They want to pair him with Mary Magdalene but, the truth is that the Blessed Virgin Mary and Jesus were celibate. They did not have trouble with this because grace was provided for Mary and Jesus is himself Lord. If they can make everybody think that people can not survive without having sex then they make a point for premarital sex and gay sex. This is actually Blasphemy.

OK, let's see what the BIBLE says, and not man-made contrivances that have no proof or validity.
The Bible tells us that Jesus had four brothers: James, Joseph, Simon, and Judas (Matthew 13:55).
The Bible also tells us that Jesus had sisters, but they are not named or numbered (Matthew 13:56).
Note the word "brothers in vs. 55 is "adelphos" meaning "a brother, born of the same two parents".
The word "sisters in vs. 56 is "adelphe" meaning "a sister, born of the same two parents".

Only one, Jesus. Contrary to the claims of some, she is never identified as the mother of any other, nor is any other identified as her child.
