PLEASE! No-one ever leave your kids in the car, even for a moment.

My cousin left her 3 year old in the car for a moment whilst she unloaded shopping from the car into her house. Somehow her son locked himself in the car and for whatever reason, the car caught on fire! She couldn't rescue him and watched as he desperately tried to get out with the roof melting down on him, how awful!
He was rescued by a passerby and flown by air ambulance to hospital with severe burns. He died twice on the way and endured many painful operations. He is now a happy 12 year old, but with the scars and probably more operations ahead for the rest of his life.

Is it worth the risk?

In that undertaking, the mum would have only pulled as much as the Wal-Mart door and permit the older infants drop the money interior the bucket whilst she found out the extra youthful baby grow to be asleep. I frequently donate money to the bell ringers devoid of even leaving my vehicle for that very reason. I only tell them that I also have a slumbering toddler and would't get out of the vehicle. They fortunately come to the window to collect the few money i opt to drop off or in spite of. Parking the vehicle and walking to the door whilst leaving the youngest baby interior the vehicle grow to be no longer the best situation to do. era. That being stated, do I thoroughly agree that she ought to be charged with baby endangerment inspite of the indisputable fact that? No. i think of it somewhat is stretching issues a splash too some distance. I continuously positioned all 3 of my infants interior the van, then return my paying for cart to the detailed section. I purposefully park on the edge of one of those issues, yet I nevertheless ought to stroll far flung from the motor vehicle for a 2d. Technically, i assume i'm endangering my infants' lives only like she grow to be. Who desires to arrest me? I only think of its taking issues a splash too some distance. I comprehend that something can take place interior a moments time, yet i'm so bored to death in definitely everyone else attempting to dictate each and each factor of my parenting selections. Sheesh. How a number of of the tax payers money are going into prosecuting this lady? i could fairly spend my income a extra efficient way. thank you.

No, never, not even for 30 seconds to run something in the post office. Its hard to have to get 3 small children out of the car (which is what I have to do) and its tempting but anything could happen.

I leave my 5 yr odl in the car when I go get her sister from school otherwise they all stay in the car when I go pay for gas. As long as I can see the car I'm not worried about it. Their good kids and stay buckled up when I'm gone so.. Otherwise when i go into a store or will be gone for more then a few min they come with me.

Never....ever...not even for a second. I often wonder why it is that a parent would make sure they have taken their purse or wallet with them out of the car but they would leave their child behind. It only takes a second for something to happen....would you want someone to take the most precious thing in your life...it's not worth it...take the time even if it may be a hassle....take your kids with you out of the car...EVERY TIME!!!

In the petrol station to pay.
In front of the local Spar shop. The traffic wardens are a bit easier on issuing a ticket with her in the car whilst i get my paper and her croissant.
Both times i will lock the car though.
