Agency, or free will, is that great gift of God from the very beginning, assuring man that whatever choices he makes would be his own and the consequences following.
Yes, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints have four primary sets of scriptures they study and follow: the KJV of the Holy Bible, the Book of Mormon, the Doctrine & Covenants, and the Pearl of Great Price.

Many call it "free will"...my grandpa once said "It's not 'free' because every choice we make comes with a consequence, whether that be good or bad." So really, it is the will to act for ourselves, not "free" will in my mind.
Scripture references? Well, in the beginning, in Genesis, of course we are shown where Adam and Eve had their agency when God commanded them not to eat the fruit of the tree of knowledge.
Agency is a key part in our Heavenly Fathers plan, without agency, He may as well have chosen Lucifer's plan for us.
