I am an atheist, so I have no faith in gods. If you were to force me to choose a color, then it would have to be transparent, like clean water.

My faith would be blue, I think. Because it's about serenity and self-introspection to improve the self.
If it was food, it would be like dark chocolate. Both sweet and bitter, and always delicious.
