Or do the people he saved have to wave down at him in hell for not accepting Jesus?

Most humans will stay here on Earth. We simply don't create spiritual beings by reproducing. There is nothing wrong with living forever on a Earth that is the Paradise it was once intended and will become once again. "The Meek Shall Inherit The Earth" I don't think the bible meant anything other than mankind, being the humble ones who shall forever reside upon it...

When you die, you dont automatically know EVERYTHING, you go on learning in the Spirit World, but you still have addictions like, Nicotine, Alcohol, Caffeine etc. and they are even harder to break in the spirit world, but No Unclean thing can enter the kingdom of heaven (in Particular, the Celestial Kingdom), but he would still have lots of people helping him understand things and breaking habits and stuff like that.

First of all... hats off and my salute to the triad (Firefighters, EMS, and Police)...

IMO that person would accrue the most wonderful merit and likely take a good rebirth as long as there's no overwhelming bad karma or the state of his/her mind at death wasn't a "mess" (not the technical term of course).

You have made your point correctly. Mortals have know idea who goes and who does not, they are not judges. They just want to seem like they are better. Your acts and whether you lived righteously will be the most important factor when facing judgment, not whether you labeled yourself this religion or that religion.

An atheist who devoted his career to saving lives will burn in Hell? Just for not believing in God?

Hmmm...something is not right there.

Heaven is for those it was prepared for. Only God decides who goes to heaven.

Neither- he would lay in his coffin slowly decomposing - as he believes there is neither hell nor heaven so as they don't exist in his mind he enters neither.

only if he accepts Jesus as his Lord and personal savior! If not, he roasts in hell,

as punishment for not letting the 'Christians die and be with their God sooner.
