Paddy and chris are room-mates and both go for the same job.Unfortunately the manager is racist and does n't like black people so gives the job to Paddy.Back at the lodgings chris is peeved at Paddy getting the job and when he is asleep,smears his face with boot polish.In the morning the landlady shouts:'Wake up Paddy you'll be late for your first day at work!'.Paddy gets dressed in a hurry,runs out of the house having grabbed a sandwich and hurries to work.In the high street he looks in a shop window and sees his black-faced reflection.
'Stupid landlady...she's woken up the wrong man' he said.

Irish Paddy went into a shop and saw a Thermos flask. He gets a salesperson by his side and asks them,
"Ah now, whats does tat yoke dere do then?"
The slightly bemused salesperson answers Paddy,
"Thats a Thermos; it keeps hot things hot, and cold things cold"
"Grand!" says Paddy. "I'll take one."
The next day, Paddy takes his new Thermos to work, and his mate Mick says,
"Whats that ting you're got dere den Paddy?"
"This is a Thermos." says Paddy proudly. "It keeps hot tings hot, and da cold tings cold!"
"Ah well, how grand!" replies Mick. "What have you in dere?"
Paddy says "A cup of tea and a choc-ice."
