Instant pudding is easy. You could have just the pudding or you could put it in a pie shell and then put cool whip on top and have a pie.

Oh my God. I have THEEE best recipe for you! I have never had anything like it, even though it sounds like it's a boring, every day traditional dessert. Just try it sometime. You'll be amazed, I promise!! Heat oven to 350. In a square baking dish place 1 stick butter and melt in oven. Mix batter with hand mixer: 1 cup sugar 3/4 cup flour 1/4 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoons baking powder 3/4 cup milk When butter is melted remove from oven and put 1 cup of raspberries and 1 cup of blueberries on top of butter. Dont mix. Pour batter on top of berries and butter. Dont mix. Bake for about 1/2 hour until top is golden brown.

I have an easy cherry dessert recipe and its delicious! you'll need: angel food cake, 1 pkg dream whip (mix), 1 block cream cheese, and cherry pie filling.
Break up the angel food cake into peices and put in large bowl. Then spoon cream cheese with dream whip in a bowl (follow directions on pkg, youll have to add milk). Mix the creamy mixture with the angel food and stir together. Put in dish, add cherry filling on top and put in fridge for a few hours to set. Its wonderful and easy! Good luck :)

Besides ice cream, or store-bought brownies?
My mom always made something called "Dump-Cake" that sounds gross but is freakin' awesome.
Spray a 9x13 pan, set the over to 350F, and dump in one large can of cherry pie filling and one large can of crushed pienapple. Mix a bit so it lays evenly in the pan, then shake evenly over the top one box of yellow cake mix. Drizzle half a cup of melted butter over the top, and bake if for 20 min., or until the top is golden and crumbly and the fruit is all bubly and molten.
Quick, easy, little clean-up, cheap, and delicious!

lime dessert
mix 1 can of evaporated milk, 1 can of condensed milk and the juice of 3 limes. On a 9x9 inch pyrex mold arrange a layer of animal, vanilla, Mexican Marías or graham crackers, spoon some of the milk and limejuice mixture. Then another layer of crackers and again cover with the milks mixture, and so on until the mold is all filled. It doesn´t need to be cooked. Refrigerate for 4 hours. If you want it to be spectacular, cover with whipped cream and and grate some lime peel, only the green part, and sprinckle over the whipped cream.

Easy ice cream cake:
Line the bottom of a glass pan with ice cream sandwiches (the chocolate kind with vanilla ice cream). Spread cool whip over the ice cream sandwiches to cover them. Crumble crushed chocolate bar (I like Butterfinger) on top, and drizzle with chocolate syrup. Cut and serve.

Easiest?....Buy a pan of browinies (frosted or not) from your local bakery, pick up a pint of vanilla icecream. Place a scoop (or two) of icecrean on top of a slice of brownie. If you have any chocolate or caramel sauce and/or whipped cream add that too!
PS You can make your own brownies from a mix which are easy to make.

Philadelphia Cream Cheese has cheesecake filling all ready made. (Check in the cheese section at the grocery store). I bought that, bought a graham cracker crust all ready made and a can of cherry pie filling and viola...cheesecake. I refrigerated for about one hour. It was great. No baking involved! .

bake any cheap cake mix. let cool. poke it to death with a fork. mix jello with half of the water called for, pour over top of the cake while it is still in the pan, it will sink into all of the little holes. cool in fridge until set. take out of the pan. frost.
good good good
