Usually the guys are just checking out if your interested. Oh and he will want to be the one to make the first move it is kinda embarrasing if he waited long enough for you to ask him out. Kinda like, how guys like to be the one to dump the girl not the other way around. Guys usually have big egos and dont want you to hurt their pride.

Well I am a man not a boy but I give this a shot to you teenies.
Boys and girls need confirmation to know it's ok to move in, it's not gender based. It's the person, now for the young ladies if you like a boy or think a certain boy like you it's ok for YOU to step up and let him know-no games. Just say, 'I'm hearing stuff about you and me and was wondering?' or 'I like your style and was wondering?' It's ok for da ladies to step up in a classy way. Homies the same go for you also but be kool about it-not to kool dat you look stupid but kool enough she smiles at you while you slip into place.'
