Ummm why would, the driver want too? I mean its not like the dead guy, is in a BIG hurry to go any where right?

It can probably do whatever it wants considering its more of a "town vehical" type car. Dont know why it would be in a car pool lane. It could be carrying quite a few dead people...that would be cute, you could have a tea party and eat the flesh of the dead
