Jesus’ brothers are mentioned in several Bible verses. Matthew 12:46, Luke 8:19, and Mark 3:31 say that Jesus’ mother and brothers came to see Him. The Bible tells us that Jesus had four brothers: James, Joseph, Simon, and Judas (Matthew 13:55). The Bible also tells us that Jesus had sisters, but they are not named or numbered (Matthew 13:56). In John 7:1-10, His brothers go on to the festival while Jesus stays behind. In Acts 1:14, His brothers and mother are described as praying with the disciples. Later, in Galatians 1:19, it mentions that James was Jesus’ brother. The most natural conclusion of these passages is to interpret that Jesus had actual blood siblings.

Since you asked about "real" brothers and sisters, I would go by what the Bible says about His actual, living at the same time, brothers and sisters.
According to the Bible, Jesus had four brothers, and at least two sisters. The Bible doesn't list exactly how many sisters there were, but it does mention the four brothers by name. So Jesus had at least 6 brothers and sisters. I realize that you could say that since Joseph didn't contribute directly to Jesus's conception, so he wasn't really His father, and they weren't really His brothers and sisters, but that is just arguing semantics.
The Bible also says that Joseph and Mary had sexual relations after Jesus was born, Mary wasn't a virgin after Jesus's birth.

None!!!! All this stuff about Jesus having siblings is a bunch of horsehockey......He was born to a virgin mother, Mary, who conceived Him by the power of the Holy Spirit. (PS...He didn't marry Mary Magdeline either)

0. He was born to a virgin mother (Mary). No biological ties to any human. Hypothetically we are all brothers and sisters to Jesus.

Catholics believe that the Blessed Virgin Mary remained a virgin for her entire life. Thus, Jesus had no siblings.
