Make global warming go away entirely? No.

Reduce it to the point where it would be much easier to cope with the remaining part? Yes, assuming the rest of the countries in the world (US, China, etc.) do something similar.

the whole globe has to co operate
and can you see this happen especially now ,we seem to be on the brink of a nuclear war
this is rediculous

we should be getting together to save the ship we are ALL sailing on
instead we are fighting over money ,power and revenge

it is really insane
