Its a standard modular telephone line cable. Replacements can be bought from www.maplin.co.uk . The same cable can be used to replace a damaged cable on any UK telephone or to convert a Euro or US cabled telephone for UK use.

I think u mean the grey wire? i think its just called a phone wire or modem cable. I wouldnt bother asking sky anything you will get nowhere with them. The wire should be already supplied with your digi box

I am surprised you need a replacement, my one is fitted inside my Sky box, and I don't know how it is fitted inside the box.
If you just need it extended, you can get a telephone extension cable.
