I am now dating a new guy, and I think that he is great. Well we met through my cousin and every thing was everthing, he asked me to be his girl, I was so happy I was on cloud nine. But all of a sudden he told me everything was going too fast for him and that he did care about me but we were just moving too fast. when he told me that I was hurt because I know that we hadn't been together long but I did develope feelings for him. So now we decided to date for a while and take it a little slower, I don't like it but I guess that I have to go alone with it because I really like this guy, I would love to get some oppinions on this.........................let me know something.

So take it at his pace, but try to find out if seeing other girls. If he is and you can't deal with that, then by all means move on and enjoy life while you're young! Before we got married, my hubby was moving way too fast for me. I told him we needed to slow it down, see other people--he pitched a fit but we got married 7 years later and have now been married for 20 years.

Oh dear. Too fast is guy-speak for I think you like me more than I like you. He may actually like you, but is not sure if he's as into you as you are into him. That's not really bad news though. Just make sure that you don't find yourself obsessing. Call up some friends and make plans for about two nights a week. If you don't make any plans with your man, at least you'll have something to look forward to. And when your man asks you to go out, he'll be relieved you still have a life of your own when you tell him which nights you've already made plans for. Hope this helps.

Let me give you a little advice.. They best thing for you to do is to take it slow.. Men get very intimdated and tend to push themselves away when they feel pressure to get serious. If you guys started sleeping together, than that will really change your relationship.. get to know more about him before you "leap the fence" because the grass isnt always green on theother side.. Its sometimes a little brown.. lol.. take your time and Gods speed.

awwww..... dont worry, the best oppinion i can give you is to take it slow but dont get to use to him unless he's always around. then thats how you know he wants to really take things slow and not just messing with your head. keep your head up girl...... things will work out for you.

You already "gave it up" to him" , didn't you ?
either that or he felt obligated because he is friends with your cousin and would feel bad about breaking it off......
