I was thinking along the lines of a patriots theme for a teenage room, any ideas???

If that is the theme you want to go with, I would paint my walls the color of the team (Sorry, I don't know what their colors are:) Then look on eBay for a bedding set~ comforter/bedspread/curtains, whatever! If you do a SEARCH of "New England Patriots" on eBay, you should be able to find a ton of accessories that would work great! Pictures, posters, pillow,etc. You could also put up some assorted sized shelves, in a coordinating color, and display more of your things on them:) I think that Domestications.com and jcpenney.com also carry football themed bedding sets:)

Do you mean patriots, as in patriotic red-white-and-blue? Or New England Patriots?
Try ebay. Either way.
