I cannot rate all of these on experience, but I can rate these two:

German Shepherds are good looking dogs. They have soft, thick fur, and see to be very intelligent. My next door neighbor had a German Shepherd when I was a kid, and I always thought it was a pretty great dog, and it seemed very nice.

The Pekinese is very cute, but extremely hyper. Their fur is high-maintenance, and they are quite yappy. But, even though they are very independent, they are very sweet.

These are the only two I can really rate on experience. I would have to say Pek then German for Overall, but for:

LOOKS
Pekinese
Saint Bernard
Boxer
Wolf
German Shepherd
Rottweiler

INTELLIGENCE
Wolf
German Shepherd
Pekinese
Boxer
Saint Bernard
Rottweiler

KINDNESS
St. Bernard
German Shepherd
Perkinese
Boxer
Wolf
Rottweiler

BTW--when I say "wolf" I'm basing my ratings on the Siberian Husky.

I can't tell you all of them, but I'll give you my experience as I've owned some of these breeds.

German Shepherds and Rotties are extremely intelligent (the shepherd is smarter, though). I think the shepherd is also more attractive. Both breeds are wary of strangers BUT extremely loyal to their family (pack) members. Both breeds will lay down their lives to protect their family. They both need a VERY firm hand. If you aren't an alpha, you shouldn't get either breed.

Saint Bernards are big, goofy teddy bears. They aren't anywhere near as bright as the other two but fairly easy to train. They are beautiful, but that fur takes LOTS of time, care and attention.

Boxers and Peks are adorable little guys. Boxers are high energy and very playful. Pekinese are extremely affectionate lap dogs and less energetic than the boxer.

I have never considered having a wolf as I've heard too many horror stories, but I have no 1st hand experience at all.

I hope that helps.

German Shepherd first and foremost. Kind, clever, beautiful... and so loyal. Wolf next, as my friend has a domesticated timberwolf (one of only a handful in the UK). She is just as wonderful as a Shepherd... I'm just biased, having owned a GSD til I lost him to DM last year. Next... Boxer. Mad as a box of frogs but great fun! Then Rottweiler, a lovely breed but sadly still some are unpredicable in the UK due to overbreeding when they were "fashionable" some years back. St Bernard and Pekes are both great too but have inherited health problems and the St Bernard has a relatively short lifespan. Both are brave, clever dogs though.... it's hard to choose between them.

In my opinion as far as intelligence: German shepard, Rotti, Saint Bernard, Pekinese, wolf, and Boxer

Looks: German shepard, Saint Bernard, Rotti, Wolf, Boxer, Pekinese

But I'd rate my American Staffordshire /rotti mix as very smart! And my shepard/St.Bernard mix at the top too! See I got the best of three of those breeds you mentioned!

This, of course, is just my opinion. I would add American Pit Bull Terrier in there, and put it on the top. But I love all of these other breeds you picked.
1. Boxer - Cute, lovable, fun, goofy, friendly
2. Rottweiler - Smart, protective, beautiful, loving, friendly once they know you are okay
3. Pekinese - Cute!, friendly, cuddley
4. St. Bernard - Friendly, loyal, loving, teddy bear
5. German Shepherd - Smart!, protective, fun, loving, friendly once they know you are okay
6. Wolf - I have never met one, but they are beautiful
