Okay, maybe you can answer this for me. Do you think there is a real connection between global warming and the end of the world with Jesus's return?

Jesus will return for a period of 1000 years at the end of the one century of Satan's "reign", which according to the YW's started in 1914 when the First World War actually began. There are also rumours going around that New York was the "Babylon" in Revelations that was destroyed in an hour.

About the Global Warming bringing on the end of the world, God has promised us that He would NEVER allow the world to be destroyed again after the forty days and forty nights that it rained... He PROMISED Noah and Noah's family that he would never allow it ever again... So, I reckon that God will let us fret about it for a little while and then Jesus will come back and the World would be saved....

God and Jesus are the worlds greatest super-heros, do you think thats irreverent of me to think that???

Human, corporate greed has set this planet on a course for destruction. It will not coincide with the second coming. Believers cannot stand outside this circle. Global warming issues - causing it and the repercussions - does not discriminate by nation, sex, race, age or religion. If there did happen to be a superior race that dumped us here in the first place then the only people that they would return for would be the ones that have demonstrated a respect for this planet. As if they want to take anyone to their home that could potentially f&ck that place up too! It has nothing to do with worship and faith in some God.

I would think yes. Just recently in the past week or so yahoo news had something saying studies and such were done and that people would be in trouble about 150 years from now. Global warming causing food shortages and such because you couldn't grow things where you were able too before. The bible says that if the days were not shortened then no flesh would survive, but for the sake of the elect those days will be shortened. It also speaks of people having sores and such from the sun, this was in revelations. I think all these things are just letting believers know the season of which they are living and to be ready.

My views are: there is no soon end of the "world" but there may very well soon be an end to us (the human race) within the next few hundred to a thousand years depending on what happens..... be it an ice age spun off by global warming--which we might survive, since the human race has already survived an ice age about 10,000 years ago. ...disease will eventually kill us off.

The world will go on and have a new dominant species...
like the cockroach--how pleasant.
or perhaps mutant rats or dogs.

Probably another mammal.

anyway,
the sun will go supernova one day millions of years from now and our earth and the rest of our solar system will be sucked up into it.

next, our galaxy will collide with our neighboring galaxy, andromeda, and it will cause a big cosmic mess.

What's God thinking?

Could be. Famines, weather changes, etc as a probable by product of our over polluting the earth was predicted to increase in the end days. The main thing is that we know that we are not cleaning up our fishbowl and there will be some consequense for it. Think green and do your part to lessen the impact.

Not global warming. I believe that soon the governments will turn on religon. Seeing that they cannot stop war without doing that and in a desperate attempt to stop the fighting they will have to stop religion to stop religious extremists.
All the governments will finally get together on something and there goes the end of religion, the end of the world as we know it today.

We are in the end times and there will be an end of the world. Don't believe anybody else. The Lord will come someday and get those who believe in Him and those in Christ that have died will rise again. I don't think global warming has anything to do with the end of the world. To me it is a bunch of hooey. It is Al Gore's stupid nonesense. God is the head of the weather not Al Gore.

I believe there is very strong evidence of global warming. I do not believe it has anything to do with the "end of the world".

No, I don't. Nor do I believe there is a major link between our lives and global warming. The earth goes through phases of warming and then cooling. Just because we are in one of the warming phases does not necesarily correlate to our usage of technology causing it. How did the prehistoric people end the ice ages?
