Most peoples dream jobs turn out to be the opposite of what they thought it would be. I say, stick at it for a few more months if you can, it might be just a time of adjustment, getting to know the people you work with, learning the job, so to speak. I

f you can't stand it, then look for another job, don't stay in a job, where you are going to be unhappy, it's not worth it, your self-esteem is worth more than staying in a job you dislike, Good luck.

Well, without more information..... An easy way is to make a list of pros and cons, then see if you can sort out a few of the cons. Perhaps someone you know well can help you with that - being in the middle of a problem sometimes prevents you from finding a solution, whereas an outsider may see something obvious that you have missed.
You say you have just started, so see it as a challenge and try not to master it all at once - but at a step at a time.

How long is your probation period?
You should at least stick it out for a few months to see if you can settle in. If it's all so bad you need to weigh up why your dream job is now so wrong for you, maybe you need to go in a new direction altogether. If it's more to do with the people you work with, try talking to your Human Resources manager, if they can't fix it then get out quick!
Good luck!
