they're not, children are just not convincible and innocent, therefore if theyre told and taught that spirituality is the best way of life than thats what they believe. where as adults are more opinionated, stubborn and set in there ways. So they tend to either be too spiritual or not spiritual at all.

Kids seldom know the diference between races, they seldom mind if you are rich or poor, even the difference in gender, they do not worry about if they are going to eat tomorrow or they do not care about what's running in their nose, they seldom care about the dirt, stains on their shirts, pants and even hands or feet, whether they have money in their pocket as long as they enjoy playing.
Adults have to worry so much about their prejudices, the dirts on their face, clothes and definitely will not let anyone see them with running nose, money oftentimes make them worry, be either lack of it or plenty of it. Both gives them the problem and big if there is none but much bigger if there is plenty.
There is no spirituality to compare with but the child's spirit is more energetic and vigorous.

In a way. Children are born with a knowledge of life and a wonder that disappears as they are taught. Babies and very you children see spirits (imaginary friends). They know only what they see and have not been told by adults that things are not what they seem and it is wrong. They may be more in touch with the spirit world than 99.999% of adults. Not brainwashed yet.

(Lots of "Yes"s above.) It depends on age. If old enough to have been brainwashed, probably. But the following is true of younger folk:

"All children are atheists -- they have no idea of God." -- Baron d'Holbach

“We treat religion with a politically correct reverence that we don't accord to any other institution. Even secularists talk about Jewish, Catholic and Muslim children. There's no such thing. Children aren't born with a particular religious gene. What they are is children of Jewish, Catholic and Muslim parents.” – Richard Dawkins

How can they be more spiritual when they don't know what it means to not be spiritual or how much you must do to be either.
