Other then security jobs there is not much out there for combat arms MOS's.
Just do your time then when you get out find the best job you can and go to school. this is basically what I did and as long as you stay disciplined everything will work out in the end.
Good luck

Being a Marine and fighting for your country is really about the benefits after the military. There isn't a direct link with any civilian job to infantry, but you will have benefited from working in tough environments and you will be a better leader then 90% of people just coming out of high school and college. You will be able to find a pretty good job while you go to school.

While the Infantry is not a great fit for the civilian world, I was an Infantryman and found that it was a great fit for Policeman, Security Work, Prison Guard, etc. I became a Deputy Sheriff.
Eventually I went back in to the Military and changed MOS to Military police and then Later to Aviation Operations. When I retired I went to college and got a Graduate Degree in Business and have had a great second career as a computer programmer and live very well.

If you are looking for a semi high paying job because the Corp taught you basics in AIT you're nuts. Infantry jobs don't transfer much to civy life. Go back to school and get your degree, then work for awhile inorder to get the semi high paying job!

Keep my email, send me your resume. General Dynamics, Northrop Grumman, Lockheed Martin, AT&T, SAIC, and other Defense contractors can hire young Marine Infantry knowledgable in Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures for killing the enemy.
I will get you an interview, the rest is up to your military bearing and ability to communicate professionally. Work on your communication skills (from human to human)
If you have worked on any of the Marine Corps Ground Combat Systems, you are especially valuable to us, i.e. (C2PC, AFATDS, TBMCS, GCCS, IOS Version 1 and 2). Didn't know you knew so much, did you? I can't even mention the classified systems you may be familiar with!!)

Time for a little reality check...
For what jobs is an 03xx MOS really training you (that are legal in the civilian world)? That's right - none. You will get bonus points from most employers for leadership experience, if you get any, but the actual skill set does not really translate.
Better recommendation... use your time in the Corps wisely, and get your education (darn near FREE) while you are still active duty. That changes your position greatly!

When you get back - use your GI Bill and go to college.
The military background will be what moves your resume to the top of the stack of qualified applicants.
