wh ydo some people...like when they get up from sitting down their seats are warm? like that happenes to me...but not my friends.

It's called body heat. Your body produces heat to keep you warm, and it warms up things that you touch. If you wear thin clothing, this heat gets transferred faster. So your body just produces more heat and transmits it to your chair faster than your friends. There is nothing wrong with you.
Ask you science teacher, and have them do an experiment with you so you can understand how this works.

If your friends do not warm a seat, then they are either wearing 4" thick diapers or they are reptiles.
