I'm starting trainng tomorrow and my goal is to lose about 5 pounds within a month. at the least, 2 pounds but i wouls like to reach 5. is this possible? what should i eat, and how can I fight the temptation of eating bad food when on my new diet?

Two to five pounds is nothing. You can do this, just by skipping one meal a day, and cutting back on snacks.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

you should try and exercise alot and then you can eat someyhing like salad
